TA Truck Service

Old guy at the Register made big comical production to refuse me service. I was looking right at the product I asked for, as he searched like a blind mouse. I believe people are more important than anything so I didn’t make a scene and said ok no worries, & went on my way

ODI and Matthew were both very helpful. I had a tire fixed. They made it happen quick. I highly recommend this TA Service.

I reserved a parking spot, and when I checked the website earlier tonight, it showed more than 20 available spaces. But when I arrived, every spot was actually full. Clearly, a lot of drivers were taking the reserved spots without paying. I walked into the store and found Alex. This handsome young guy quickly called for assistance and helped me get a parking spot. For a long-haul truck driver who’s out of driving hours, he was honestly a lifesaver.

Went into shop with ac issues...had to wait for several hours. Romeo and Sharron helped me. Got ac fixed and found a wheel seal leaking and Romeo was ending his shift. Sharron called to see if the next shift mech. Would come in early...he said no! But Romeo stepped up to the plate...stayed past his quitting time to get me fixed! Still working on my truck when the next shift came in. Thanks to Romeo and Sharron I was able to be on my way the next morning! Romeo 's attention to my truck was outstanding! Sharron was also great customer service was outstanding! Can't say much for the other guys that came in later. Thanks Romeo and Sharron!
